About Rus en Vrede 4x4 trails - Kareedouw to Baviaanskloof
The Rus & Vrede 4x4 trail is about 78 kilometers in length and has a grading of 2. It winds its way from the Baviaanskloof valley right up the Kouga mountain range, past Graskop to the summit and then down to Kareedouw in the Langkloof.
En route one will see a rich variety of vegetation including cycads that are hundreds of years old. Much of the scenery is simply breath-taking.
Although not a particularly difficult 4x4 trail, some parts are sufficiently demanding to make it interesting.

Tariffs:
We charge R150 per vehicle and R10 per person in the vehicle. This needs to be paid at Rus-en-Vrede farm.
There is no need to book, however please inform Chris.
